1CREATE SKELETAL STRUCTURE

Draw the basic skeletal structure. In this view, pay attention to the way the robot stands. The foot and shoulder that are farther away appear higher than their counterparts. Plan out your skeletal structure, keeping the parts in proportion. Use the joints as guides.

2ADD BASIC SHAPES

Pay special attention to the elbows and knees. Because the robot is turned, it is no longer symmetrical. Practice roughing in the shapes correctly to represent the different parts at this new angle. Take your time. This is not easy. Use long, straight strokes, keeping them light.
